The Kaduna Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has arrested a woman, Halima Yakubu Ngulde, over her alleged involvement in employment fraud.

This was contained a statement made available to newsmen by Head, Media and Publicity, EFCC, Dele Oyewale, on Friday, 22 November 2024.

Oyewale in the statement, said Ngulde was arrested in Unguwan Kanawa, Kaduna State, following credible intelligence linking her to obtaining money from job seekers on fraudulent promise of getting job placements for them in the Nigeria Police Force, Nigerian Army, and the EFCC.

He added that upon her arrest, the commission recovered a fake EFCC letter headed paper and multiple curriculum vitae she collected from job seekers.

The statement, however, noted that Ngulde would be charged in court as soon as investigation into the matter is concluded.
