Woman arrested in A’Ibom for killing boyfriend, fleeing with car
Police in Akwa Ibom State have arrested a woman for killing her boyfriend and vanishing with his Mercedes Benz 4matic including the car’s documents.
The victim identified as Chukwuemeka is the only son of the parents and was an importer of goods.
It was gathered that all attempts by his business associates to reach the deceased so that he could go to port and clear his consignments were abortive.
The associates added that they were forced to look for his whereabouts, as such had never happened before.
According to the police, Chichwuemeka remains were later found in his pool of blood inside his bedroom.
The police added that using the vehicle tracker, the accused was traced to a nearby hotel.
She is currently at Ewet Housing Police Station in Uyo.
