So-Safe catches man, 25, for stealing motorcycle in Ogun

…transfers suspect, stolen bike to police

The Ogun State-owned security outfit, Ogun State Community, Social Orientation and Safety Corps (So-Safe Corps) under the leadership of Commander (Dr) Soji Ganzallo has arrested one Abdulrasheed Yinusa, a 25-year-old resident of Ifetedo, for stealing a Red Bajaj motorbike number plate AAA 648 QL, Ogosa, Ajegunle in the Ipokia Local Government Area.

A statement issued from the Office of the State Commander of the agency, Commander (Dr) Soji Ganzallo through the office of the Director of Information and Public Relations of the agency, ACC Moruf Yusuf, has it that the motorbike was reported stolen in Ipokia Area Command of the agency under ACC Yusuf Aliu on 16th. November 2022.

Ganzallo noted that the special team of the corps in the Area Command was saddled to step into the matter and ensure the culprit was brought to book.

Ganzallo said after frantic efforts of the corps, the stolen motorbike was traced to Atan-Iju, where the suspect was arrested with the motorbike.

Ganzallo noted that after interrogation, the suspect confessed without torture that he committed the act intentionally.

The suspect and the recovered motorbike had been transferred to the Nigeria Police, Ipokia Divisional Headquarters for further investigation and likely prosecution.
