Real estate developer adopts energy-efficient technology to save environment

Real Estate Developers, Royal Palm Villa, have started a greener-compliant, affordable, energy-efficient and tech-driven estate in Akwa Ibom State to save the environment.

Chief Executive Officer, Jofame Integrated Limited, Mr Gideon MfonAbasi said the essence is to democratize real estate and make it available to more people.

Speaking in Uyo while introducing the Royal Palm Villa, MfonAbasi stated that the villa is designed to be green-compliant, equipped with fibre-to-home connectivity, and state-of-the-art energy-efficient homes.

He explained that it is strategically located on prime 3.67-hectare land, minutes away from Ibom Icon Hotel and Golf Resort, Nwaniba, Uyo.

MfonAbasi alongside his lead partner, Mr Fortunate Lucky Ototakovie, Sublinktech Nigeria Limited, mentioned that the company has implemented similar projects along Lekki-Epe Expressway, Igbeju-Lekki, Ajah, and other locations in Lagos Nigeria.

Listing Utopia Bath and Kitchen Nigeria Ltd as one of its partners, the CEO noted that construction is already underway for a range of apartments, including studio apartments to five-bedroom detached units, adding that power lines were currently installed, with plans for over 150 mixed apartments.

“Royal Palm Villa provide a unique blend of safe and secure community living that welcomes its residents to feel “at home”. The beautifully landscaped garden behind the living areas will provide a unique, healthy and natural environment for recreation and equally usable by children to play with their friends.

“It is designed within 3.6 hectares of land, comprising a series of Studio flats, bedroom flats, one-bedroom terrace apartments, two-bedroom terrace apartments, three-bedroom detached apartments, four-bedroom detached apartments, five-bedroom detached apartments, club house, gatehouse utilities, recreational areas/sports field.

“In the last few years, we have looked at the state and see that the real estate business is non-existent or primarily for the billionaires to benefit from, but in reality, real estate is meant to be something for everyone and what our company is seeking at doing is to democratize real estate and make it available to more people.

“Our company is committed to opening up more space challenging the status quo and being able to bring wealth to a greater number of Akwa Ibom people.
