NYSC releases Batch B Stream II call-up letters

The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has released the deployment and call-up letters for 2026 Batch ‘B’ Stream II prospective corps members posted to Niger and Sokoto states.

The announcement, made on the NYSC’s official X account on Sunday, allows prospective corps members (PCMs) deployed to the two states to print their call-up letters ahead of the commencement of the orientation exercise.

The development follows the Corps’ earlier decision to postpone the orientation course in Niger and Sokoto because of ongoing renovation works at the orientation camps by the respective state governments.

The orientation exercise for PCMs posted to the two states is now scheduled to begin on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

The swearing-in ceremony will be held on Friday, August 14, while the orientation programme is expected to conclude with a closing ceremony on Tuesday, September 1.

The NYSC advised prospective corps members to plan their journeys carefully and avoid travelling at night as they make their way to the orientation camps. Prospective corps members are expected to print their call-up letters and follow the instructions contained in them regarding their deployment and reporting arrangements.
