Nollywood actor, Junior Pope, is alive
Against the earlier reports that Obumneme Odonwodo, aka Junior Pope, was dead, jubilation across Asaba, Delta State capital and other parts of Nigeria, countered the actor’s death as people were heard shouting, “He’s alive. He’s not dead.”
President of Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas Ejezie, said Odonwodo is alive.
Rollas confirmed the news via his Facebook account.
He said: “What God cannot do does not exist. Junior Pope is alive. He is receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital.”
A Nollywood actor, Ms Stella Ukwueze, expressed joy that Junior Pope is alive.
She said: “We were still waiting for the news about Junior Pope condition. Now, I can tell u that he’s alive.”
