Military aircraft crashes in Kaduna
Another Nigerian military aircraft has reportedly crashed at an undisclosed location in Kaduna State, according to Daily Post.
An informant told reporters of the mishap on Sunday.
“The fighter jet left Yola, the Adamawa capital, this morning to go clear bandits”, the informant said.
Nigerian Air Force spokesman, Air Commodore Edward Gabwet, has yet to comment on the reports.
The Special Assistant to the Defense Minister, Mohammad Abdulkadri, has also failed to disclose any information.
With the latest air crash, the military has recorded four air crashes, all with varying degrees of severity.
Recall that in May, an air mishap claimed the lives of serving Army Chief, Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Attahiru and other officers.
In February, a Minna-bound military jet crashed, killing all seven people on board. On April 2, another Alpha jet crashed in Borno during an operation.
