Gunmen kill Nigerian professor
A professor at the University of Ibadan, Opeyemi Isaac Ajewole, was on Monday evening killed by yet-to-be-identified assassins.
The 61 years old don was killed while returning to his home in the Moniya area of Ibadan.
His corpse has been deposited at UI Anatomy.
A source in the university said Ajewole’s car was taken away after he was shot dead. Ajewole, until his death, was a lecturer in the Department of Forest Resources Management of the university.
