Gunmen attack ECWA church in Kogi, kill one, abduct three
Gunmen suspected to be bandits, on Sunday morning attacked Evangelical Church Winning All in Okedayo, Kabba, headquarters of Kabba Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi State, killing one and abducting three worshippers.
The incident occurred almost seven days after the Federal Medium Correctional Centre, Kabba, was attacked and three poultry farmers kidnapped on their farm.
It was learnt that the bandits attacked the church while the service was in session.
The church is located along the Expressway of Kabba-Okene road.
The Public Relations Officer of the Kogi State Police Command, DSP William Aya, confirmed the incident but said officers were on the trail of the suspects.
