EFCC urges students to shun corruption

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has charged students to join hand with the commission in fighting corruption for a better tomorrow.
Friday Ebelo, Zonal commander of the EFCC in Makurdi, gave the charge on Thursday, November 18, 2021 while addressing members of the Integrity Club of Baptist High School, Makurdi, on excursion to the command.
He enjoined the students to join the campaign against corruption and see themselves as future leaders of the country.
The Zonal Commander who lectured the pupils on the mandate of the commission and the structure of its operations, also charged them to help spread the anti-corruption message to their families and friends.
He concluded by advising the pupils to be law abiding citizens as most criminals started as violators of rules and regulations..
Mr Kenny Gafera, one of the teachers who accompanied the students on the visit thanked the Commission for the warm reception.
