‘BuhariMustGo’ protesters hit Lagos, Abuja streets

‘BuhariMustGo’ protesters on Friday stormed the streets of Lagos to demand the resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari.

Photos shared online showed the protesters carrying placards with different inscriptions like, “free education, healthcare at all levels.”

In Abuja also there is an ongoing massive anti-Buhari protest.

The protesters, wielding large banners, made bonfires on the highway.

The police are, however, using tear gas canisters to disperse the protesters.

The protesters, mainly youth activists, blocked the International Airport Road and were seen carrying the “Buhari Must Go” placards.

However, it cannot be confirmed if anyone had been arrested as of press time.
