APC, Accord Party agents fight at Bayelsa Collation Centre
The Bayelsa State Collation Centre was thrown into disarray as an agent of the Accord Party and his All Progressives Congress counterpart fought on Monday, during a disagreement.
The collation, led by the returning officer, Prof Faruq Kuta, who is the Vice Chancellor of the Federal University Of Technology, Minna, began at 12 pm on Monday.
During the event, a physical altercation broke out between two party agents, resulting in their removal from the venue and the adjournment of the collation of results.
The state agent of the Accord Party, Mr Victor Werinepere-Fisi hit his APC counterpart, Dr Dennis Otiotio.
