Actress Akingbemisola Dorcas Aniola is dead

Nollywood actress, Akingbemisola Dorcas Anjola, 33, is dead.
A colleague of hers in the Entertainment industry confirmed that the tricenarian actress died from ovarian cancer. The colleague spoke on condition of anonymity.
According to her anonymous colleague, Anjola was diagnosed with ovarian cancer sometime in 2021 and had to undergo chemotherapy in Dubai for six months.
She added that after the treatment, she was declared cancer-free and returned to Nigeria to resume her acting career.
The colleague stated that in the past month, Anjola had been complaining of headaches and memory loss, which made her colleagues take her to the hospital for medical attention.
She averred that the doctors prescribed a glass and some drugs, which were estimated to cost N500,000.
The anonymous source said her colleague offered to pay the bill, unfortunately, Anjola’s health deteriorated rapidly and died in the hospital where she was receiving treatment.
Gbemi Anjola was a talented actress who had endeared herself to fans and colleagues in the movie industry.
She was known for her ability to interpret roles with finesse and bring out the emotions of the characters she played on screen.
Her death has left her fans and colleagues devastated, with many taking to social media to express their condolences and pay tribute to her.
