Eyiboh endorses Sampson’s second term, praises performance
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Eseme Eyiboh, has endorsed the re-election bid of Senator Ekong Sampson, who represents Akwa Ibom South Senatorial District.
Speaking during a media chat with journalists in Uyo on Monday, Eyiboh described Sampson’s performance in the Senate as commendable, stating that he deserves a second term to consolidate on his achievements.

Speaking during a media chat with journalists in Uyo on Monday, Eyiboh described Sampson’s performance in the Senate as commendable, stating that he deserves a second term to consolidate on his achievements.
He argued that if political stakeholders are supporting the second-term ambitions of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senate President Godswill Akpabio and Governor Umo Eno, it is only fair and logical to extend similar backing to Sampson and House of Representatives member, Okpolum Etteh. Eyiboh emphasised the need for equity and consistency in political support, noting that progress often requires difficult but necessary decisions.
