Timothy Adegoke: Court adjourns ruling of OAU student’s murder case
The Osun State High Court in Osogbo, on Friday, adjourned the murder trial of a postgraduate student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Mr Timothy Adegoke.
At the resumed of argument on no-case submission on Friday, the presiding Judge and Chief Justice of Osun State High Court, Adepele Ojo, adjourned the ruling in the matter till Wednesday, March 30.
The chairman of Hilton Hotel, Ile-Ife, Dr Rahmon Adedoyin, and six others, have been on trial over the alleged murder of Adegoke.
