Sanwo-Olu recovers from COVID-19 after 12 days
Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has recovered from COVID-19, 12 days after testing positive.
The governor’s chief press secretary Gboyega Akosile said this via Twitter on Thursday afternoon.
“Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu tests negative to COVID-19. Now out of isolation,” Mr Akosile tweeted with a video showing as the governor stepped out to address the press at the State House in Marina.
It was gathered that the governor received treatment and was monitored at home by a clinical team from Infectious Disease Hospital, Yaba.
