Nollywood actress Cynthia Nkiru Okereke dies at 63
Nollywood actress Cynthia Nkiru Okereke has reportedly died at the age of 63. It was reported that she passed on in her sleep last night.
It will be recalled that the actress was abducted sometime last year in Enugu State.
Cynthia Nkiru Okereke is a famous Nollywood actress, television personality, entrepreneur and philanthropist. She was born in Enugu State on April 1960 in the southeastern part of Nigeria.
She is very gifted, creative, skilful and talented in acting and interpretation of movie roles and can fit in any character given to her by movie directors and producers.
Cynthia Okereke completed both her primary and secondary school education in Enugu State in the southeastern part of Nigeria and obtained both her First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate.
After completing her education, Cynthia Okereke worked in several organizations before settling for acting. In 1998, Cynthia Okereke joined the Nigerian movie industry (Nollywood) and acted in her first Nollywood movie “King Jaja of Opobo” a movie that gave her an advantage in Nollywood and attracted her to movie directors and producers in Nigeria.
