Court stops DSS from arresting Igboho
An Ibadan High Court presided over by Justice Ladiran Akintola has granted an order of interim injunction restraining the Department of State Services and other security agencies from arresting, detaining, molesting, or killing Yoruba Nation activist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo also known as Sunday Igboho.
The suit was filed by Igboho’s counsel, Chief Yomi Aliyu and was granted on Wednesday.
Justice Akintola while adjourning the case to August 18 for hearing of the originating motion, said the respondents must be served before the date.
