Akunyili’s killing: FG considers state-of-emergency in Anambra
Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide says the Federal Government may soon declare a state-of-emergency in Anambra State.
This is coming on the heels of the brutal assassination of Dr Chike Akunyili, husband to late NAFDAC DG, Dora Akunyili.
Chike Akunyili was killed by unknown gunmen on Tuesday while returning from an occasion.
A statement on Wednesday afternoon issued by Ohaneze Ndigbo said FG “might use the pretence of the proclamation of the southeast as a RED ZONE to declare a state of emergency in Anambra state before the Anambra Guber elections”.
