A popular medical doctor from Ekiti State has applied to become the eighth wife of the Ooni of Ife with her full chest.
Recently, Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi had become a subject of discussion following his series of marriages.
Following the news of his several marriages, a medical doctor who hails from Ekiti state has applied to be the monarch’s sixth wife.
The Medical doctor, identified as Bella Nifemi made a submission to the monarch.
She promised to represent Twitter and the Ekiti community well, if considered as his wife.
“This is my submission to be Ooni’s 8th wife. I’m also a Medical Doctor and I will represent Twitter and Ekiti community well”.
The Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, is set to marry his sixth wife, Temitope Adesegun, on Monday October 24, 2022.
The Ooni’s spokesperson, Moses Olafare, made the announcement in a Facebook post on Sunday.
According to Olafare, the Ooni’s sixth wife-to-be, Adesegun, is a princess from Ijebu land.
“Olori Temitope Adesegun Ogunwusi, an Ijebu Princess cum Ile-Ife Queen. Tomorrow is the D-day,” the post read.
The monarch married Mariam Anako, from Ebira, Kogi State on September 6, 2022. She was an admin manager at Nestoil Limited.
Oba Ogunwusi married Elizabeth Akinmudai in Magodo, Lagos State, shortly after his marriage to Anako. She hails from Ondo State.
On October 9, 2022, he married his third wife, Tobiloba Philips, a former beauty queen from Okitipupa in Ondo State.
The monarch took Ashley Adegoke, a princess from Ile-Ife as his 4th wife and on Thursday, October 20, 2022, he married Ronke Ademiluyi, the founder of African Fashion Week and great-granddaughter of the 48th Ooni of Ife, Ajagun Ademiluyi.

Since September, the Ooni has been a subject of discussion following his series of marriage.
Almost a year after been ditched by his ex-wife, Queen Naomi, the Ooni surprised the world with by marrying 6 women.
The monarch wedded Mariam Anako and Dr Elizabeth Akinmuda in September.
In October, he married Queen Tobi Phillips, Queen Ashley and Queen Ronke Ademiluyi.
Princess Temitope Adesegun would be his sixth wife.
