According to him, personnel will get more beneficial training, and provisions of the best health facilities among several other benefits.

“Army officers’ welfare is our priority because they deserve the best living conditions in order to be able to defend the nation and discharge their duties effectively,” he said.

Fatile also called on Nigerians to join hands with the Armed Forces and other security agencies to put an end to insecurity bedevilling our nation.

She called on the media to also be patriotic in their reportage and not sensualise security issues, especially the online media and boost the morale of the fighting troops.

She appealed to religious and traditional rulers and other stakeholders to always remember personnel of security agencies in their prayers rather than condemning them.

Fatile appealed to Nigerians to pray for God’s guidance for the new Security Chiefs and the CDS as they go about their duties.

Some of the widows who benefited from the gesture expressed appreciation and gratitude to the group for reaching out to them.
