Management of Lekki Concession Company has agreed to show the shooting of #ENDSARS protesters, by men of the Nigeria Army at Lekki toll gate on October 20, 2020.
The Head of Legal Department of the outfit, Gbolahan Agboluwaje, said this before the Lagos State Judicial Panel of Inquiry for the Restitution for Victims of SARS and other related abuses and Other Matters on Friday.
According to him, the footage on the killing at the Lekki Toll Gate was still available, adding that there are hours of recordings on the CCTV footage.
It was gathered that the LCC was summoned by the panel on October 24, and asked to present the footage of the incident, an investigative report and any other document that can be used by the panel.
He however, stated that only the footage is available for now, adding that there is neither an investigative report nor any other documents.
“We have the footage. We do not have an investigation report because we know that investigations are ongoing, and we have not been able to provide any document.”
“We had a very short notice and we brought what we were able to lay our hands on,” he said.
