A’Ibom First Lady pet project to target vulnerable individuals

Patience Umo Eno, Wife of the Akwa Ibom State Governor has announced that her pet project would target the vulnerable and less privileged in the society.

Eno who pledged commitment to engage in activities that will benefit humanity with her soon-to-be-launched pet project, said it would focus on all facets of the society, and provide support for disadvantaged members of the society.

Speaking on Friday in Uyo as the 36th Anniversary celebration of Akwa Ibom State kicks off, Eno called on the media to support her programmes designed to give a boost to the activities and the implementation of the ARISE Agenda of Governor Umo Eno’s administration.

She encouraged the media to utilise their position to connect the Government and the people by setting an agenda on the yearnings of Akwa Ibom people to the government for effective service delivery.

“I am committed to engaging in activities that will benefit humanity under my soon-to-be-launched pet project which will focus on all facets of the society.

“I assure Akwa Ibom people that my primary role under the Golden Era of the Governor, Pastor Umo Eno is to provide support by reaching out to the vulnerable and less privileged,” she stated.

While wishing Akwa Ibom a happy 36th-anniversary celebration, Mrs Eno expressed optimism that the state will experience tremendous growth and advancement under the leadership of Governor Umo Eno.
